People
Both founders of MLA, Mr Ma Kim See and Mr Simon Leung Sai Hung are veterans in their industry. Graduates of the University of Hong Kong and qualified as Authorized Persons (List 1) since the Mid-Seventies, both partners have held key positions in esteemed architectural firms and developers before starting their own practice.
Highly respected in their fields, the two partners together with other 3 Directors ( all are experienced architects and Authorized Person )lead MLA’s 3 teams of architects who are constantly guided by the principles of ethics, integrity and professionalism. Each commission undertaken is managed with precision and initiative.

MLA的聯合創辦人馬儉思先生與梁世雄先生均是建築界資深從業員。他們是香港大學畢業生，並自70年代中期起獲得認可人士(名冊1)資格。兩位合夥人在自立門戶之前，均曾在知名建築師行及發展商擔任要職。
兩位合夥人在業內享負盛譽。聯同其他三位董事(皆為資深建築師及認可人仕)，在他們的領導下，MLA三支建築師團隊秉承操守、誠信及專業精神，以嚴謹細緻、積極主動的態度管理客戶委託的項目。
