A boutique type of business hotel with 275 rooms set in a small urban infill site. The hotel, in spite of its small size, was built in two phases. The first phase, with about 200 plus rooms, were completed and operated for two years before the second phase, with only about seventy rooms, added as an annex.

The difficulty in this annexture understandably was immense as the operation of the hotel never stopped.

There was great difficulty in the Structural Design, Building Services connection problems and construction too as the annex structure was only 5m wide. The entire building, however, was completed and came into operation without a hitch.
