The building is located in Hung To Road where the width of the road is narrow as well as the site. The building is planned strategically to effectively address the constraints. The frontage of the building is set back leaving ample space in front as surrendered area, making the building stand 6.5m from the road. The lift core and staircase is tacked at the west boundary of the site to maximize efficiency and allowing the units to have full stretch of windows facing North and South.

The main entrance of the building is announced by a 2 storey high glass enclosure making it the focal point of the podium leading the way to a contemporary and minimalist designed lift lobby. Being a narrow and tall building, we exaggerated this given nature and expressed its verticality by introducing vertical aluminum fins leading to a protruding Box as a termination element at the top of the building which adds interest. The cylindrical shape stair core at the side accentuated the rigidity of the glass curtain wall of the tower giving the building a sense of balance.
