The podium with parking floors and recreational facilities is a composition of individual highly expressive elements – the powerful cylinder housing the ramps for the cars, the rectangular and cubical juxtaposed forms disguising the parking floors and the transparent glass entrance highlighted by light boxes, canopy and prominent architectural features.

Dictated by the program, the residential high rise however remains simple and straight forward. The roof features at the corners and a 5 storey of protruding glass enclosure in the middle culminating as a majestic lantern, reinforced the building’s clarity and symmetry.

The dual character of the building set up a buzzing dialogue, giving the development a sense of vitality in a very quiet low key neighborhood.
