The Development consists of 5 numbers of Residential Towers, with the Towers 1 & 2 in the front with larger units and the three towers lined up tower to tower at the back for comparatively smaller units. The residential towers enjoy a distant view of the Victoria harbor. The Podium consists of a CNN news themed Clubhouse with an indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The landscaped areas are divided into two zones. The forecourt landscaped area with water features, signature palm trees and a main drop off and pick up.
