Taking a commanding seaview over Junk Bay and Lei Yu Mun both to the North, Island Resort is a mega scale residential / commercial development on a piece of land adjoining the Siu Sai Wan Sports Ground and a local open space. Most of the outward facing units enjoy uninterrupted seaview. A seafront promenade in front of the development provides good pedestrian connection to the neighbouring areas.

There are 8 nos. of 50-51-storey residential towers sitting on a massive 7-storey podium consisted of Loading / Unloading facilities and several carparking floors.
