55 Conduit Road is a medium-rise residential development located at Mid-Levels West. The main facade of the development facing Conduit Road is orientated towards the harbour view while the back side faces a lushly landscaped cut slope.

The building adopts a modern architectural language with clean lines and an emphasis on the contrast of materials. The northern facade of the building is mainly glass cladded giving the building a transparent and modern outlook. Curtain wall is extensively used at the tower portion while the podium adopts a rich mix of different materials including glass cladding, stone cladding, metal grilles and glass lift shafts. Various architectural fins and features are arranged asymmetrically to produce a dynamic expression. For the back side of the building facing the southern hillside, a more solid architectural language is adopted with stone cladding extending to part of the tower and echoes with the podium portion of the main facade.
