The project is a building complex consists of a large shopping arcade podium and a 26-storey high hotel tower with 330 guestrooms. Located in the area of mainly residential use that not fully developed, the building will inevitably become the focal point of the local district.

The slim and curvy podium building form provides interesting contrast against pure and rectangular building form of hotel tower. In order to provide more natural lighting to the large-footprint podium, several skylights in organic shape are introduced. For the hotel tower, by minimizing the architectural features and projections, the pure glass-box building form is maintained.
